Guerillas in the Midst
When Frank Miller was on a roll, and I eagerly picked up all his work (The Dark Knight, Daredevil: Born Again, Elektra Assassin-so many great works) I saw Hard Boiled and was instantly inspired by that punch-through-the-head scene!
Mexican guerrillas confront an unknown alien presence.
I used the idea as inspiration for an illustration in my debut cosmic horror novel, The Black Seas of Infinity. A guerrilla in Mexico tries to intimidate the protagonist, who is now occupying an alien suit…it doesn’t go well!
