I’m in the midst of writing a sequel to my novel “The End of the World”, and it features what’s left of humanity resisting a full on alien invasion. On the advice of my military intelligence dad, I picked up a few books that he advised, and he noted I should check out documentaries on Vietnam and Afganstan.

Does anyone else have any advice?
